An Introduction

My colleagues in India are extraordinary. They have gone from 10,000 COVID cases a day to over 300,000 a day and we continue to work to eliminate tuberculosis in India. Their courage and determination are outstanding and even inspirational. We are using empowerment evaluation (where they are learning to evaluate their own programs) in this effort.
