Depression and Empowerment Evaluation. Depression affects 20% of the population in developed countries. The Stop Depression Summit 2023 introduced tools used to deal with depression. I was one of the invited speakers. People are currently using empowerment evaluation to deal with "everyday" depression, focusing on finding a 1) mission or purpose, 2) taking stock of their lives, and 3) planning for the future.
