Empowerment Evaluation Training in New Zealand
Remote Empowerment Evaluation Training in New Zealand
Dr. Marie Nissanka from Kainga Ora Homes and Communities in New Zealand asked me to conduct an empowerment evaluation seminar for the Australian Evaluation Society.
We highlighted the theory, concepts, principles, and steps of empowerment evaluation. We also demonstrated how to conduct empowerment evaluations remotely. Examples ranged from USAID funded efforts to eliminate tuberculosis in India to Feeding America's efforts to increase food security in the United States.
The next empowerment evaluation hands-on training will be held on April 14th from 1 to 4. Register directly with Zelle or Venmo using my email firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, register with a credit card at: https://www.drdavidfetterman.com/product-page/empowerment-evaluation-webinar-workshop
The workshop meets on Zoom, migrates to Google Sheets, and ends with a glimpse into Canva (reporting software) and VirBELA (a collaborative online avatar-based learning environment). The workshop provides participants with an immersive, hands-on, real-life experience conducting an empowerment evaluation remotely.
